Death toll rises to 958: Clashes continue in Sudan after 59 days

The Preliminary Committee of the Sudan Doctors Syndicate reported that the number of civilian deaths since the beginning of the clashes has risen to 958 deaths and 4,746 injuries, while the clashes renewed intermittently on Wednesday morning, between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.

For the 59th day in a row, clashes are still taking place between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces, which have resulted in more casualties.

According to the latest statistics of the Sudanese Medical Association, the number of deaths and injuries that were counted among civilians for the period between May 27 and June 12 reached 958 deaths and 4,746 injuries.
