Sleep hygiene is also extremely important, because we cannot simply sit in bed, go to sleep, and think that we will have a peaceful sleep that will be beneficial. There are some things we need to do before that.

It would be good if at least an hour before we stop looking at the Internet, on the phone, because these things stimulate us visually. We can choose activities such as reading. Let’s try not to consume coffee or alcohol at least a few hours before sleep, because when consuming these substances we will no longer enter deep sleep.
