Golkar Party Chairman Reveals Discourse of Fourth Axis in Indonesian Politics

Chairman of the Golkar Party Airlangga Hartarto reveal the discourse of the fourth axis. Airlangga referred to the shaft as the ‘dji sam soe’ axis.

“Therefore, the alternative is two, three, four, the ‘dji sam soe’ shaft,” said Airlangga at the Presidential Palace Complex, Central Jakarta, Monday (12/6/2023).

Airlangga said he was still communicating with all political parties. Including PDIP, PAN, to PKB.

“We are open with all parties to communicate smoothly,” he said. Airlangga replied regarding the news that he was exploring with PDIP.

“(Communication) with PAN is good, with PKB it is also smooth,” added Airlangga.

Meanwhile, for communication with the Democratic Party, Airlangga did not rule out the possibility. However, he did not explain in detail his intention.

“Yes, ask the swaying grass,” said the Coordinating Minister for the Economy.

When asked about the fate of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB), Airlangga said that no collaboration letter had been signed by the coalition. For information, there are three political parties in KIB, namely Golkar, PAN and PPP which have provided support for Ganjar Pranowo.

“KIB hasn’t signed the letter yet. It hasn’t been signed yet. The name hasn’t been signed, so it’s still there,” he said.
