The TIR driver, 43-year-old Mustafa Yilmaz, shot the fatal shot with a shotgun. Finding his wife Nermin, 40, dead, he shot himself in the head.
“He placed the barrel of the same rifle under his chin and pulled the trigger,” the crime report said.
The tragedy took place the day before yesterday around 9 pm in the family home in Hurriet district.
The arrived medical team found the death of the two. Their two children remain orphans.
An investigation is underway, it is not clear why the attacker decided to kill his wife.
