Julie Varner married her fiance Emil Tingulstad on Saturday, but the actual wedding is not until autumn.
The couple themselves shared the news on Instagram, after the wedding which took place in Oslo City Hall on Saturday.
“God damn I got married,” writes Julie Varner in the instastory she now shares with her 30,000 followers, along with a picture of herself and her husband.
Varner is an influencer and creative director in the clothing chain Bik Bok. Last year, she was at the top of influencers’ income with NOK 32 million, and has previously been named one of fashion Norway’s most powerful by the fashion website Melk og Honning.
She is the daughter of one of Norway’s richest men, Petter Varner, who owns the Varner Group. They have, among others, the brands Cubus, Dressmann, Bik Bok, Carlings and the Volt stores.
Varner has himself previously told MinMote that one of her best summer memories was when she was proposed to on the island of Dragonera in Mallorca in the summer of 2021.
VG has been in contact with Varner, who says that the actual wedding will not be until the autumn, and does not wish to comment on this matter beyond that.
And Mallorca, which Varner calls her “second home”, is also the place where the wedding in September will take place – something she herself shared on Instagram in connection with the planning of the big day.
