Bulgaria may not be among the richest countries in the world, but its real estate market is chasing global heights. The latest extra for our or foreign rich people is a house in a gated complex with its own pier in Varna. The ad recently surfaced on social media.
The complex consists of 9 brick houses of 180 square meters each, with a yard of 350 square meters to each. It is located in the island area under the Asparukh bridge, in close proximity to the coast (Lake Varna). It is designed for year-round living, with views of the bay. The properties are sold with a degree of completion “turnkey”, and the prices are from 265,000 to 290,000 euros. Around the lake and the sea-lake canal, many vessels are home, therefore the pier of the complex fits into a normal environment for the area. Through it, residents will be able to enjoy their yachts, boats, etc. at an arm’s length.
It’s not the only property with a pier on the lake. But the interesting thing is that the extra becomes part of the new construction market. Where in jest, where can it really be said that after parking spaces are offered for cars, it is normal to offer spaces for watercraft when the property also has a waterway – even more so when there are customers.
In the past, the island area was “divided” between industrial and military sites. Now they are much less, obviously housing construction is coming.
