Ordering the gaming computer of your dreams for many gamers is one of the most important events in life, accompanied by incredible emotions. Unfortunately, the aforementioned feelings can be easily shattered if the delivered equipment is found to be damaged. This is evidenced by the user example twitterwho was disappointed after receiving his system unit, which arrived in a very poor condition.

In his post, Tom Sebold admits that at first he did not expect to see such damaged equipment in the package. As you can see in the photo, the box was slightly dented, which does not necessarily indicate damage to the computer itself. However, it quickly became apparent that the system unit was completely destroyed and unusable.

The biggest mistake users pointed out was Tom receiving the package. According to the law, if the parcel arrived in a damaged package and the addressee suspects that the contents may have been damaged, he may refuse to accept it. Another option is to open the parcel in the presence of the courier and draw up an act on the basis of which a claim can be made.

Tom opened the package only after receiving it. In such cases, it remains to be hoped that the claim will be satisfied. However, the situation in question has a happy ending, as the author of the message received a fully functioning computer.
