Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip documented the performance of an officer in Division 777 of the Egyptian Thunderbolt Forces, arduous training.
The video showed the officer carrying a tree with two car tires on its edges, lifting it several times, then placing it on his shoulders and his colleague sitting on top of it, and the officer began performing the exercises, without showing signs of fatigue or inability.
In the following clips of the video, the officer is doing push-ups while his colleague is standing over him and throwing water on his head.
