Tangerang, Beritasatu.com – Muhammad Fajri (27 years) an obese patient with a body weight of 300 kg was referred to the RSCM from Tangerang City Hospital. Fajri’s evacuation process took place dramatically.
In BTV monitoring at the Tangerang City Hospital, Friday (9/6/2023) evening. Dozens of joint officers from the BPDB and the local regional Public Works Office were involved by the hospital.
A forklift heavy equipment was deployed to evacuate Fajri from the emergency room to the fire truck (Damkar) which would take Fajri to Cipto Nangunkusumo Hospital.
At first, Fajri was taken using Hand Fallet from his bed. Then, it was put into the Forklift to be transferred to the Firefighters car. At 20.30 WIB Fajri’s evacuation process was completed and he was immediately taken to the RSCM.
This transfer process takes at least more than an hour with dozens of joint BPBD and Tangerang City Hospital officers. Fajri’s transfer immediately became a spectacle for the patient’s family. “This may be our last treatment, from the hospital to the RSCM, our BPBD helps with the evacuation process. Because the problem is that the person concerned is overweight,” said the Head of the Emergency and Logistics Division at the Tangerang City BPBD, Gufron Falfeli.
He said Fajri was escorted by officers to the RSCM. Gufron said to facilitate Fajri’s transfer, the forklift was also brought using a towing car to the RSCM. “Hopefully later, Fajri can be handled better, hopefully his weight can return to normal,” he explained.
As is well known, Muhammad Fajri (27), an obese man weighing 300 kg, had to be referred to the Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) because the medical equipment at the Tangerang City General Hospital was inadequate.
