The shareholders of SIA “Intergaz”, founded in 1999, are “CIG Capital Invest Gaz Ltd” registered in Cyprus (90%) and Yevgenijs Karevs (10%).

The annual report states that currently SIA “Intergaz” has 33 structural units in the territory of Latvia.
