Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson will step down as a member of the House of Commons with immediate effect. The reason is the investigation that is being conducted into him because of partygate. The investigation revolves around the illegal parties Johnson held in his office and official residence during the corona lockdowns.
