Women’s World Cup Ticket Sales Surpass One Million According to Fifa

According to Fifa, the tournament is well on its way to becoming the most attended Women’s World Cup to date.

Fifa president Gianni Infantino wrote in a statement that by Friday morning, local Australian time, 1,032,884 tickets had been sold for the event.

The Soccer World Cup in Australia and New Zealand is played between July 20 and August 20.
