PT IMC Pelita Logistik Distributes Record Dividend of IDR 261 Billion, PSSI Stock Code Soars

PSSI will distribute dividends of up to IDR 261 billion. However, the PSSI in question is not a football governing body in Indonesia, but PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk, which has the PSSI stock code.

The PSSI GMS approved the use of a portion of the Company’s net profit for the 2022 financial year to be distributed as cash dividends. The amount of the cash dividend is IDR 50 per share with a total of IDR 261 billion or around 41% of the net profit.

This dividend amount is the largest of all time for PSSI, up 77% from the previous year’s dividend payment of IDR 28 per share. Shareholders who are entitled to receive cash dividends are shareholders who are registered on June 16, 2023 at 16.00 West Indonesia Time. Payment will be made no later than July 5, 2023.


Launching the company’s official statement, Friday (9/6/2023), PSSI’s board of directors said that the distribution of dividends shows PSSI’s good financial performance in 2022. In 2022 the Company managed to increase operating revenues by 10% compared to the previous year, to US$ 119.3 million. Meanwhile, net profit rose 69 percent to US$ 42 million. With a healthy financial condition and the Company’s Liability Ratio which is getting lower, it allows PSSI to expand its business into other logistics sectors.

Furthermore, the GMS approved the use of around 54% of net profit or US$ 22.7 million or equivalent to Rp. 338 billion to be recorded as the Company’s retained earnings. Approximately 5% of the net profit of US$ 2.1 million or equivalent to Rp. 31 billion is designated as the Company’s reserve fund in accordance with Article 70 paragraph (1) of the Limited Liability Company Law.

The GMS also approved the Company’s Annual Report including the Company’s Activity Report, Report on the Supervisory duties of the Board of Commissioners and Ratification of the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2022 Fiscal Year with a Fair opinion without modification.

Meanwhile at the Extraordinary GMS which was held after the annual GMS, the Meeting approved the addition of the Company’s Business Activities which were not yet included in the Articles of Association, namely carrying out Mining and Other Quarrying Support activities (KBLI 0990), as well as Warehousing and Other Storage. (ISIC 52109). The addition of this business activity is part of the Company’s plan to expand its business to other logistics sectors.
