Former podcast partner leaves Fetisha Williams with NOK 600,000 debt

In a new episode of the podcast “Fetisha +1”, Fetisha Williams (30) claims that she is left with a debt of NOK 600,000 after her former podcast partner, Sophie Elise Isachsen (28), chose to leave the podcast “Sophie & Fetisha” .

According to Williams, they have several outstanding bills, which she is now responsible for paying.

The case was first discussed by See and listen.

– I get a bit of an “ah” from talking about it, because it’s uncomfortable. It sucks to owe so much money. This is money that people have been promised because we were going to sign a pretty fat million dollar deal, so people have been working for us for three months because we were going to sign this deal, she says in the podcast, without revealing what this million dollar deal was.

Shortly after, Isachsen shared a post on Instagram’s story function in which she explained the reason for her resignation.

Invite friends to the podcast

Fetisha Williams and Sophie Elise Isachsen have run podcasts together for a long time, and earlier this year were at the center of a heated debate when they entered into a podcast collaboration with NRK.

When the collaboration with NRK was broken, the two friends chose to launch the podcast again on their own.

Now, Fetisha Williams will continue to create the podcast under the name “Fetisha +1”, and in the “new” podcast she will have various guests visit, people who have been or could be her “plus one”. The first guest was Caroline Nitter (24).

In an email to Nettavisen, Williams said last week that the podcast will still have much of the same content as before, but that she will also offer something new in the future.
