Krefeld A57 service area, commercial area and construction site – the fire brigade in Krefeld had to go on various missions. An overview.
The fire brigade in Krefeld responded to several fires early Tuesday morning. Shortly before five o’clock, a small truck was completely burned out in the area of the A57 Geismuehle service area. The fire brigade extinguished the fire, nobody was injured, said a spokesman for the emergency services of our editorial team.
Fortunately, the fire in a forklift truck in a commercial enterprise on Breuershofstraße in Fischeln (commercial area) did not cause material damage. At around 6.40 a.m., the emergency services were alerted to a fire in the hall of a packaging manufacturer there via the fire alarm system. Smoke had to be removed from the building, but the fire was also quickly extinguished here.
A smaller fire broke out on Voltastraße on Tuesday night. Around 3 a.m., rubbish burned near a construction site.
