The National Bank of Bahrain announced the launch of the “Your Summer is Sweeter!” campaign, which aims to motivate customers to use credit cards and prepaid cards for shopping inside and outside the Kingdom from June to August 2023 by giving them opportunities to get many rewards through the Points by NBB application. The campaign will give three winners the opportunity to win a prize equivalent to 1,000 Bahraini Dinars for each winner as basic points, enabling them to choose to redeem the prize for cash back, Points raffle tickets, travel miles, charitable donations or other various gifts through the Points by NBB application. To be eligible to enter the draw, NBB cardholders must spend a minimum of 100 Bahraini dinars per month during the campaign period, as the draw will be held on September 19, 2023 for the names of 3 lucky winners. The National Bank of Bahrain will also reward all its customers with double points for using credit cards and prepaid cards when shopping and purchasing outside the Kingdom. On this occasion, Sabah Al-Zayani, Chief Executive Officer of Retail Banking at National Bank of Bahrain, said, “We are pleased to launch our summer campaign to engage our cardholders with valuable rewards and prizes that enrich the credit and prepaid card offerings. This comes as part of our constant commitment to the customer centric methodology that we adopt at the bank, as we continue our endeavor to develop a group of seasonal initiatives.” For his part, Shadi Barakat, Head of Cards Business Department at National Bank of Bahrain, said: “We always seek at the National Bank of Bahrain to motivate credit and prepaid card holders to use their cards inside and outside the Kingdom to enter the draw, in addition to earning double points while traveling. We also encourage our customers to take advantage of the Points system in our special offers, which include cash back, raffle tickets, air miles and even donating to various charities and much more just with their daily spend.”
