YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed was attacked by a viewer during the Manchester derby. Now he spoke up.
MANCHESTER, ENGLAND – Streamer and YouTuber IShowSpeed is known for being a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo. As well as his admiration for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, Speed has also developed a heart for Manchester United. The 18-year-old streamer was at the stadium live during the Manchester derby when a physical altercation broke out with a spectator.

Manchester derby incident – streamer IShowSpeed attacked by viewer
IShowSpeed is under attack: In the final of the FA Cup, the English counterpart to the DFB Cup, the two city rivals Manchester United and Manchester City faced each other. The American streamer IShowSpeed was also there. The 18-year-old supports Manchester United.
During the game, IShowSpeed filmed himself teasing a Manchester City fan sitting in front of him. “Manchester is red,” “Imagine you’re a Manchester City fan,” and other condescending slogans Speed trumpeted loudly. Statement vom Streamer: IShowSpeed has since commented on the physical altercation. He thanks the security in the stadium and his bodyguard for the fact that the situation went smoothly. What’s more shocking is that IShowSpeed spends more than $100,000 USD on Roblox skins.
On Twitter the streamer shared a picture of the attacker and himself, writing, “What happened today isn’t cool but I’m ready to forgive. We are cool. Love goes out to the FA and Wembley Security who helped me. Incredible atmosphere today. Manchester until I die.”
