(OEM). -With success and excellent results, the 2023 anti-rabies operation is going on in this municipality, visiting all the communities of the municipality, where the citizens are going out to bring their pets, whether they are dogs or cats, which are vaccinated to avoid this season of heat, rabies diseases in these animals.
It was reported that this operation concludes this coming June 8, visiting and serving the towns of La Joya, Los Ángeles and Carmona, the first will be from nine in the morning to 12 noon, and from 12 to three in the Later they will be in Potosí, where a more detailed report on the number of pets that have been immunized with the vaccine is expected.
It was reported that on June 5 they will be in the community of San Martin and August 18, from one in the afternoon to three in the afternoon, where the residents have previously been notified to bring their pets closer, complying with this activity the commitment that was made in days past, to take the vaccination campaign to all the communities that previously requested it through their auxiliary authorities.
The municipal president Araceli Aispuro commented that on the first day of vaccination in the municipal seat, almost a thousand animals were vaccinated, at the two points marked for vaccination, hundreds of people with their pets met, and from there it was decided to expand this campaign to the entire municipality and localities that requested it, hoping to have hundreds of pets vaccinated, vaccines that would provide confidence to their owners and families.
Mayor Araceli Aispuro pointed out that the operation began on May 31 in the communities of La Ochoa, Veracruz and Narciso Mendoza, then on June 1 the community of Little Village and Orizaba was visited, to move to day two at Francisco Zarco in the plains and Cieneguilla, the next point was on day five in the town of August 18 and San Martin.
