Police try to track down a man in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a girl in Brooklyn.
Surveillance footage shows the individual in question.
The event occurred on Friday, May 26 at about 8:30 p.m., in front of number 8 Wyckoff Avenue, in the Bushwich sector.
There a 36-year-old woman and her 7-year-old daughter were waiting in a food truck. when a stranger ran past and tried to grab the girl.
After a brief physical confrontation, the mother managed to release the minor from the man’s grasp.
He fled the scene on foot.
The girl was not injured.
The wanted individual is described as a male with a fair complexion, slim build, black mustache and beard.
He was last seen wearing a green camouflage hoodie, black pants, and gray sneakers.
