Syrian actress Laila Samour revealed her latest artwork, noting that she is currently filming a comic work in the Syrian capital, Damascus.
Laila Sammour said in an exclusive interview with the “Art” website: “The work consists of comic paintings, some of which are funny Levantine environments and some of which are modern. I am very happy with this type of work because it is related to our studies at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. They are compressed characters and sketches are conditioned by time and time.”
And about her opinion about the Ramadan season 2023, she said: “I did not follow all the works, but I was pleased to watch the series Al-Zind and Al-Arbaji, two successful works that deserve follow-up, in addition to the series Fire with Fire, and thanks to all the drama makers for defying the difficult production conditions and betting on the success of the drama.”
