The children had “water up to their chins”

The two police officers recovered them in hypothermia before wrapping them in survival blankets and taking them to safety.

During this time, the urban supervision center warned the fire brigade. They came but the state of health of the victims did not require transport to the hospital. The police brought the family home and secured the hopper for the night.
