At a bachelorette party, three women fell out of the trunk of a car and were injured. Two seriously injured people were taken to the hospital by rescue helicopter or ambulance, the police said on Sunday. The third woman suffered minor injuries that did not require immediate treatment.
The women, aged 28, 31 and 37, sat in the open trunk on Saturday evening in Leibertingen, Baden-Württemberg, unnoticed by the others. When a 26-year-old drove off, they fell out.
A police spokesman was initially unable to say whether the bride was among the injured. The driver was sober. According to the information, the public prosecutor’s office will decide how to proceed.
