MSGENTA — Kangkung has a sedative effect which in turn can make the body’s nerves more relaxed. When the nerves are relaxed, sleep automatically becomes deep and sound.

Besides being delicious for stir-frying, kale also has many benefits. According to the book Toga: Family Medicinal Plants written by Fitri Gendrowati, kale can prevent canker sores and bleeding gums because it contains more vitamin C than fruits.

Other benefits of kale are as a diuretic (urinary laxative), reduce bleeding and insomnia, treat nosebleeds, dandruff, hemorrhoids, and treat animal bites.

How to mix watercress as medicine

1. Overcoming dandruff

Take enough fresh kale leaves, soak them in water overnight so that the color of the water turns bluish. Get rid of the kale, use the water to wash your hair.

2. Treating nosebleeds

Take enough kale leaves, wash thoroughly. Grind until smooth by adding a little sugar. Brewed with hot water. Cool slightly. Strain the water and drink 2 times a day.
