– One person was arrested on the spot, it happened without drama, operations manager Gjermund Stokkli at the Oslo police district tells NRK.
The police have cordoned off an area.
– We are investigating this broadly to find details about the incident, says Stokkli.
The Oslo police reported the incident at 23.37 on Thursday evening.
