BUSINESS LIFE: This is stated by Rackit in a press release on Thursday.
“The direct connection to the fire service and the dispatch of guards from Avarn will continue as before, and the customers will maintain the same security and reliability they have had. Rackit and Helgevold are committed to delivering first-class security services and personal service, and will work closely together to ensure a problem-free transition for Haugaland Kraft Alarm customers,” writes Rackit.
They promise a seamless transition and “continuation of high-quality services to existing customers”. The agreement comes into force today, 1 June.
– Customers were informed today. It’s not really a big fuss, we’ve managed all these customers before. The biggest difference is the ownership of the customers, who will notice that they receive an invoice from another company, says partner Terje Moi Nilsen in Rackit to Haugesund’s Avis.
Rackit and Helgevold also write that they have a desire to challenge international players who dominate the local market today.
– We have around 1,700 locations today. Around 40 businesses, the rest housing and housing associations. Some of the idea is to focus on competing a little with the biggest players and take some market shares, says Nilsen.
