FC Porto, through its official channels, communicated, this Wednesday, the increase in the value of the bond loan by €15M, that is, from €40M to €55M.
Here is the statement:
«Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD decided, by decision of its Board of Directors, to increase the maximum number of bonds representing the debenture loan called “FC Porto SAD 2023-2026” to up to 11,000,000 bonds and, for therefore increase its global face value to up to €55,000,000.
This increase is set out in the Addendum to the Bond Loan Prospectus “FC PORTO SAD 2023-2026”, approved today, May 31, by the CMVM, available through this link.»
