The facts date from January 6, 2018, shortly after midnight. Sent to recover money following the sale of narcotics, François Arenas and Justin Grouselle burst in, hooded, gloved and dressed in dark, at 54, rue Lamartine in Ambarès-et-Lagrave. Molesting the mistress of the place to enter, the two accomplices, armed with a tear gas canister and a revolver, intended to fulfill their mission quickly.
Grande confusion
But the occupants of the house did not let themselves go and defended themselves against this nocturnal intrusion.
