Jakarta (ANTARA) – Sony Indonesia officially introduced Sony Car Audio, an audio system device for cars that can enhance the audio experience and comfort through two premium sets, Mobile ES and conventional Car Audio.
Each of these two series has a wide range of products from head units/receivers and amplifiers, to subwoofers and speakers, according to an official statement received in Jakarta, Wednesday.
Marketing Director of PT Sony Indonesia, Satoshi Shimada, explained that his party was aware that interest in new cars in Indonesia was recovering quickly after the pandemic.

“At the same time, hi-res audio is becoming very popular and fans want the expansion of hi-res audio into the car so that it can increase driving comfort. Now, cars also have information devices with large screens and various entertainment options in their cars. car,” he said.
With the extraordinary customer interest in Sony Car Audio, continued Shimada, customers will get various benefits such as easier maintenance and warranty claims (service).
Various product lines from the Mobile ES premium range include Head Units XAV-9500ES and XAV-9000ES; XS-163ES, 162ES, and 160ES speakers; XS-W104ES, W122ES, and W124ES subwoofers; Amplifiers XM-1ES, XM-4ES. XM-5ES, XM-6ES, and XM-8ES.
In addition to the premium Mobile ES range, Sony Car Audio also has a choice of conventional car audio systems through the Car Audio range that customers can choose from.
This Car Audio range consists of a wide selection of Head Units, Subwoofers and Speakers. Both sets of Sony Car Audio are compatible with Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto allowing users to easily connect smartphones to Sony Car Audio.
This feature makes it easy to control the music you listen to, send messages, receive calls, and get directions and real-time traffic updates from maps. Users can also use touch or voice commands to play music from the application.
In presenting Sony Car Audio in Indonesia, Sony Indonesia is working with PT Berkat Audio Perkasa Jaya as the official distributor.
Previously, PT Berkat Audio Perkasa Jaya as a distributor of automotive products had provided Sony Car Audio products in Indonesia since 1999 which were taken directly from Sony Singapore.
