The Rotterdam court states that an employee’s political conviction cannot be a reason for dismissal. If the behavior and ideas of the employee are at odds with those of the foundation, this could possibly be grounds for dismissal at the end of the employment, but not before. The judge also points out that the UWV had advised the man to conceal his PVV past as much as possible.
