According to Vodafone users, communication was lost at least in Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkov, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk regions.
At the same time, official representatives of the mobile operator note that specialists have already been informed about the situation, they are working on a fix. The reasons for the failure have not yet been named.
“Dear customers, now there are temporary restrictions on calls and SMS in our network. Specialists are already working on resolving them. If you need to make a call, please use instant messengers. We are very sorry for the inconvenience,” Vodafone said in a message.
It is worth noting that earlier failures in the work of Ukrainian mobile operators were often recorded after massive Russian missile strikes. In particular, Vodafone had such problems.
Recall that today, on May 30, massive blackouts occurred in Ukraine. The Ministry of Energy has already instructed to create a commission to study the reasons for such outages.
