Il 730 pre-filled it does not always faithfully return the real taxes to be paid. Especially if the taxpayer had, in the previous tax year, various employment relationships or, in general, various Unique Certifications. This, in fact, ensures that when entering the data in the pre-compiled declaration, the tax authorities do not know exactly how many days the taxpayer has been employed and omits the information.
But precisely from this information we obtain a very important element for determining the taxes to be paid: the deductions from dependent work (or pension) that are due. Without the working days (or pension), deductions are not entered and if this lack is not filled, there is a risk of losing a lot of money and perhaps finding oneself with a debit tax return when in reality, perhaps, one was entitled to a refund.
Let’s try to understand how to proceed in searching for this data and understand how to fill in the 730/2023 field in question.
730/2023 and the number of days of employment or retirement
The deductions from employment or pension that are due are re-proportioned according to the days of the year in which you worked as an employee or received your pension.
But if the field relating to days of employment or pension remains empty because, in the presence of more than one single certification, the tax authorities do not know how to fill it in, the deductions are not included in the return.
At this point, therefore, it must be the taxpayer himself who fills in the field in question. But which?
How are employee days entered in 730?
The days of employment or those in which the pension was received must be entered in the Quadro C and precisely al rigo 5. How do I proceed with data entry? In column 1 the days of employee work must be entered in the Single Certification they are indicated in point 6. In the case of several CUs, the days present in each of them must be added, but be careful, the sum in any case must not exceed 365 days and if it exceeds this data it will be inserted in the colonna 1 the number “365”.
Days of employee work 730
Framework C rigo 5
In the Colonna 2 the days in which the pension was received must be entered, in the same way described above, which can be found in point 7 of the CU.
In the Colonna 3 the days of employee work carried out in the first semester (i.e. from 1 January to 30 June 2022) must be entered and can be found in point 13 of the CUs.
Finally, in the Colonna 4 the days of employment of the second semester must be entered, those ranging from 1 July to 31 December 2022, which can be found in point 14 of the CUs.
Once these fields are completed employee deductions or pension will be calculated automatically and, consequently, deducted from the gross tax to be paid by the taxpayer.
