Aerocuba suddenly cancels five flights between Miami and Havana

The American charter company Aerocuba canceled five future flights that had planned to leave the city of Miami, Florida, to the José Martí International Airport, in Havana, at the beginning of June.

Through an email sent to several travel agencies, the company informed that the flights had been suspended, so it would be necessary to notify the people who planned to travel aboard those planes.

Similarly, they reported that passengers who planned to travel on these flights may be transferred to other future trips that have not yet been suspended.

“Dear agencies: The following flights are CANCELED, review your reservations and notify the passengers who have reserved for these dates, that they can be moved to other flights that we will be operating,” reads the brief email.

The official statement indicates that all the canceled routes left the Miami International Airport, arrived in the Cuban capital and returned to the United States.

  • Flight with route Miami-Havana-Miami for Friday, June 2.
  • Flight with route Miami-Havana-Miami for Saturday, June 3.
  • Flight with route Miami-Havana-Miami for Monday, June 5.
  • Flight with route Miami-Havana-Miami for Tuesday, June 6.
  • Flight with route Miami-Havana-Miami for Wednesday, June 7.

At the moment, the charter flight company has not specified the reasons why five flights between Florida and Cuba were suddenly cancelled.
