Sayed Salah, the uncle of the victim, “Alia”, the victim of the farmer residing in the village of Al-Atarsa ​​of the Burullus Center in Kafr El-Sheikh, confirmed to Masrawy that the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court’s decision to execute the murderer warmed the hearts of the family members after a year and a half of anticipation for the outcome of the investigations and trials against the accused killer and his sister.

The uncle of the victim, a victim of the Burullus farms, said that they will now accept condolences for her, starting today, Monday.

“The verdict is the title of the truth…and the felonies of Kafr El-Sheikh achieved retribution”; With these words, Fahim Abu Haraj, the victim’s defense, spoke to Masrawy, stressing that God’s justice was achieved inside the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Hall, with the death sentence issued against the murderer and the imprisonment of his sister with labor for a period of two years.

The victim’s defense pointed out that her family was fully confident in the issuance of such a verdict after the heinous crime committed by the accused against the victim, and only simple bones remained, which led to the passage of her family and children in a bad psychological state that will remain in their minds because of their loss of her.

Abu Harj said that the verdict is finally the title of the truth announced by the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court, “the Fourth Circuit,” headed by Counselor Hossam Mohamed Salih, by hanging the accused and imprisoning his second accused sister for two years.

Today, Monday, the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court, the “Fourth Circuit”, ruled in the presence and unanimous opinion of its members the death penalty by hanging for a farmer in his thirties, for what was attributed to him for intentionally killing a woman in partnership with his sister, after luring her with a knife and setting her on fire.

The court also ruled that his second accused sister be punished with imprisonment for two years, with pre-trial detention, for what was attributed to her due to her involvement with her brother in the same subject of the accusation.

The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Hussam Muhammad Salih, President of the Court and the Chamber, and the membership of the counselors Youssef Adly Khalil, Muhammad Al-Sayed Qazamel, Hamdi Abdel-Tawab Moawad, and the secretariat of Muhammad Khalifa, in the events of Case No. 14681 of 2022 Burullus Police Station felonies, registered with No. 1375 of 2022 Kali Kafr Sheikh.

Counselor Saud Muhammad Naguib, the attorney general of the Kafr El-Sheikh Prosecution Office, referred each of “Muhammad R.A.F.S,” 38 years old, a farmer and residing in the village of Sheikh Mubarak, affiliated to the Burullus Center, and his sister, “Rabab,” 40 years old, a housewife. And she resides in the sea coast affiliated with the Burullus Center, to the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court, because on January 30, 2022, in the Burullus Center district, they killed the victim, Alia Abdel-Ghani Al-Sayed Abdel-Qader, due to differences between them.

The two defendants also hid the body of the aforementioned victim, the farmer and his sister, without informing the appropriate authorities and before examining it by transferring the body to a farm in the Nubariya area in the Buhaira governorate. They set fire to the body to hide its features, and buried its remains away from the eyes of the people.

The order to refer the two accused brothers to the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court revealed that the first accused, the farmer, committed the murder of the aforementioned victim with premeditation, following a verbal altercation that broke out between them with a white weapon “knife” that he inflicted two strikes, one on her shoulder, and the other on her neck, causing her injury, which killed her. with her life, intending to take her own life.

The referral order stated that the accused stole the victim’s movables, which consisted of two mobile phones and gold jewelry, after completing his crime in the Baltim Resort. or craft to carry them.

The case papers revealed about the second accused, a housewife, the sister of the first accused, that she knew of the occurrence of the crimes subject to the aforementioned accusations, so she helped her brother, the first accused, to flee from the judiciary by helping him hide the evidence of those crimes by moving together the body of the victim in the land located in the new Nubariya area, where the remains of her body were found. ..​
