Few games that go into early access happen to attract more than 500 thousand players in a single week. In the case of survival horror The Outlast Trials, however, it seems that if you bet on a horror theme and have a well-known brand, success is almost guaranteed. The game managed to sell more than 500 thousand copies during the first week. What’s fascinating to them is primarily that players aren’t afraid of Early Access, which is often a hotbed of bugs and certainly not a 100% experience.
To the community, of course, the developers from Red Barrels thank you very much. When released, their work should also be available on other platforms, so it is possible to count on at least a new generation of consoles, but the old one cannot be completely ruled out either. However, in the case of The Outlast Trials, Nintendo Switch cannot be counted on too much.
The Outlast Trials has sold over 500k copies in its first week in Early Access and we could not be more proud! 😱Thank you to all our Reagents for your support!
