Kuwaiti artist Ahmed Al-Aounan revealed that the artist, Haya Al-Shuaibi, was excluded from the work of a publishable play before the start of the show’s tour in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and she was replaced by her colleague, actress Amira Muhammad.
Ahmed Al-Aounan did not reveal the reason for excluding Haya Al-Shuaibi from the show, contenting himself only with talking about the preparation of the play’s staff for the show’s tour, and the places where the show will take place.
Ahmed Al-Aounan said in his press statements: “A publishable play will be released on a tour in Saudi Arabia, provided that the tour includes Hail, Abha and Dammam, with the participation of the artist Sultan Al-Faraj, along with the participation of the artist Amira Muhammad, an alternative to Haya Al-Shuaibi.”
Ahmed Al-Aounan’s statement caused controversy about the reason for her replacement and exclusion from the show, before Kuwaiti artist Haya Al-Shuaibi commented on her personal account on Instagram.
Haya Al-Shuaibi expressed her dissatisfaction with Ahmed Al-Aounan’s decision and expressed her great love for the Saudi audience, wishing success to the play’s team and her desire to be part of the show.
And Haya Al-Shuaibi said: “Bu Fawaz, the original, kind, beloved, from my heart, may God grant you success..and grant the people of Saudi Arabia my dear, beloved audience, whom I have not sung about..my Lord opens it to you, Ahmed Al-Aounan, and this is your sustenance..and I am with you wherever you want, dear Bou Fawaz. Believe me, I was my father I present it with you in Saudi Arabia.. But God is generous and grants success to everyone..Greetings to all.”
A publishable play that brought together a large number of heroes and stars of art in the Gulf, including Sultan Al-Faraj, Jaafar Al-Tamar, Yasmine, Noura Al-Amiri, Thamer Al-Shuaibi, Muhammad Ashour, Ahmed Al-Aounan
It is noteworthy that the play was written by scriptwriter Ayman Al-Hubail, directed by Abdullah Al-Badr, and produced by Tethkar Company, which specializes in artistic production.
The decision to exclude Haya Al-Shuaibi from starring in the play came a few days after she suffered a heart attack following the death of her fellow Saudi artist, Fahd Al-Hayyan.
Haya Al-Shuaibi appeared reassuring the audience about her health after the artist Abdel Aziz Muslim revealed the stability of her health condition, thanking the Minister of Health for his interest in following up on her condition, and some linked her health condition to the decision to exclude her, while others linked the decision to Haya Al-Shuaibi’s crisis with the Saudi public more than a year ago.
