New charges have been brought against an American accused of fatally shooting a woman after she got the wrong address.

In addition to the second-degree murder charges, Kevin Monahan, 65, is charged with reckless endangerment and tampering with physical evidence, according to court documents.
According to information obtained by CNN, the man was arrested on Wednesday before pleading not guilty to all counts.
According to the Times Union, Kevin Monahan was denied bail by a judge for a third time earlier this week.
The charges against him occurred on April 15 in Hebron, New York.
The victim, Kaylin Gillis, 20, was in a car when she accidentally found herself in the driveway of Kevin Monahan’s house. The latter then fired towards the car, fatally hitting the young woman.
The accused should be back in court on July 28, with his trial due to begin in September.
