China’s special envoy for Eurasian affairs Li Hui left the building of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he held a meeting with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov today, without making any comments, TASS reported, quoted by BTA.
Li and Lavrov held talks on resolving the Ukraine crisis.
Earlier, the Russian diplomatic service announced that the Chinese special envoy was also supposed to hold talks with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.
The visit of the Chinese representative to the ministry lasted an hour and a half, according to TASS.
