New York Proclaims Argentine Legacy Day in Celebratory Ceremony

On behalf of Adams, the commissioners proclaimed Argentine Legacy Day to highlight the contribution of Argentines to New York City, in the joint act that began with the raising of the Argentine and United States flags.
