“The Most Expensive Ice Cream in the World: Byakuya”

Reporting from CNN, Monday (23/5/2023), the ice cream is called ‘White Night’ or in Japanese it is called Byakuya. Guinness World Records reported last week that Byakuya ice cream had set a record as the most expensive ice cream in the world. Cellato mentions that Byakuya has a composition of rare ingredients. One of the basic ingredients is truffles originating from Alba, Italy, which are estimated to have a market price of up to US$ 14.5 thousand or the equivalent of Rp. 217.5 million per 1 kilogram.
