1- Avoid the sun at its peak

Consider spending as little time outside as possible during these hours, whatever the weather or temperature.
2- Walking in the shadows
When a person has to be outside, he can walk in the shadow side, so that he does not stay in the sun for a long time.
3- Wear long-sleeved clothes
Long-sleeved cotton clothing that protects the skin from harsh ultraviolet rays must be worn, so that the hands and feet are fully covered when exposed to the sun, even in high temperatures.
4- Apply sunscreen
To protect the skin, it is preferable to apply a sunscreen cream with a degree of protection above 30 on all areas of exposed skin about 20 minutes before going out, even in cloudy weather.
If a person is exposed to the sun for long hours, sunscreen cream must be applied every 3-4 hours once.
5- Wear sunglasses

6- Drinking water
You must drink at least 15 to 20 glasses of water a day to prevent dehydration of the body and skin alike, because dry skin increases the chances of its darkening and the appearance of pigmentation.
