At the beginning of the summer, it became clear that the typical cut-off was around 25,000 workers, who had to fill the ever-larger gap in the Bulgarian workforce. This is the comment of the minister of typism, Ilin Dimitpov, at the opening of the new typistic season in the “Cv. Cv. Constantine and Elena”. The Bulgarian Association of Typing Agencies (BATA) commented to Moneu.bg that this summer Bulgarian employers will hire employees from India, Nepal and Bangladesh.
Apart from these countries and the countries of Central Asia, part of the vacancies in the Bulgarian hotels will be filled by the citizens of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova.

The problem of the adhesion of Bulgarian workers is present both in the large complexes and in the small family hotels. The owners of one of the larger guest houses in Cinemopec, which is a 30-year-old utopia, share that since the pandemic, they have been forced to work for days during the summer.
“When we want to hire people, they are over 60-65 years old. Young people from Bulgaria no longer want to work in the safe of typism”, says the citizen Galya Dimitpova.
