We are looking for a person for the business area location policy and communication in the main office in Dresden as of September 1st Specialist consultant (m/f/d). This is a permanent full-time position.
YOU CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING INTERESTING TASKS:
· Information and advice for companies, especially SMEs, on all topics relating to the recruitment, employment and development of domestic and foreign workers and skilled workers, including
- the implementation and expansion of strategic HR work,
- improving employer attractiveness,
- the conception of in-house qualification and further training,
- the integration of disadvantaged groups of workers (inclusion),
- support in the recruitment and integration of international workers and specialists,
- the establishment of a culture of welcome for greater internationalization of workforces as well as
- the use of labor market-relevant funding instruments.
· Preparation and communication of specialist information in the context of self-designed and organized events, mainly for entrepreneurs and HR managers.
· Interdisciplinary exchange and professional coordination within the IHK with the areas of labor market policy, law, international, training and further education as well as the regional offices.
YOUR PROFILE:
A degree, preferably in a social, educational or economic field or equivalent training and further education with relevant professional experience,
· Knowledge of the regional economic structure as well as of actors relevant to the labor market, of labour, social and immigration law as well as of human resources management is an advantage,
· a high degree of customer orientation, advisory skills and empathy in dealing with different groups of people,
· the willingness to acquire new knowledge on a regular basis,
· Organizational skills and a structured, independent and reliable way of working,
· Versed verbal and written communication, ideally also in English,
· Confident handling of modern office/EDP technology and MS Office applications as well
· A driver’s license as the position requires mobility
