French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin Visits US to Boost Anti-Terrorism Cooperation Ahead of Paris Olympics

One year from the Paris Olympics, French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin has a fear: that the event will be targeted by terrorists. From Washington to New York, the “first cop in France” was on the move to UNITED STATES Thursday and Friday. The objective is to boost police and judicial cooperation, provided for in a 2016 bilateral agreement, against terrorism and serious crime.
