After being placed in police custody, the man was presented to an examining magistrate this Friday, May 19, then indicted for “abduction of a minor, sexual assault on a minor under the age of 15, possession of a pornographic image of a minor, corruption of a minor under the age of 15 and violence against a minor under the age of 15 with ITT less than 8 days“, specified Eric Vaillant, public prosecutor of Grenoble.
Following the requisitions of the prosecution, the judge of detention and freedoms placed the respondent in pre-trial detention.
