“Modern Warfare III Rumors: Call of Duty League Already Creating Operator Skins and Cosmetics”

Activision hasn’t officially announced that we’ll be getting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III later this year yet, but there have been a flurry of reports and rumors all suggesting that the game is coming this year, despite Activision apparently being interested in supporting Modern Warfare II as their main Call of Duty game for a couple of years originally.

To fuel this rumor fire reports Dexerto now that the Call of Duty League team has already been tasked with creating Operator skins and cosmetics for Modern Warfare III, all so that the game can support CDL assets at launch. These skins are claimed to have customizable elements, but that the customizable parts will be limited and only on certain parts of the Operator models.

The additional cosmetic pieces are said to include weapon charms, but while there are no confirmed notes of blueprints making the cut, it seems unusual if Activision isn’t leaning on those as well.

There is no official word if Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is coming this year, but the rumors and reports that claim it exists claim that it will come in November.
