We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Advisory & Transactions business line in Melbourne. You will be supporting the high-performing Industrial & Logistics team with coordination of Marketing campaigns and general administrative tasks.
The role:
- Prepare Property Marketing campaigns
- Contractor Management with external marketing agencies
- EDM & Client Communications
- Event Management
- Assist in general marketing initiatives including researching, preparing, editing, formatting and writing publications
Your Background/Our Ideal Person
- Team player and the ability to work both collaboratively & autonomously is crucial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- A “people person”, you’ll thrive on the opportunity to meet clients face to face & have a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in InDesign is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Experience in PowerPoint is essential
