Full ignition in a detached house in Larvik

A single-family house in Larvik is fully engulfed in flames, the Sør-East police district reports. According to NTB, it will be an older wooden house.

Two people live at the address, the police say.

– One got out and alerted the emergency services, and the other was taken out by smoke divers, operations manager Jan Christian Johnsrud in the Southeast police district tells NTB. This person has been flown to hospital by air ambulance.

The fire service was notified of the fire at 6.30am. At 7 o’clock the police report that the fire is out. Extinction is in progress.
