Focus on practical problems, strengthen visits to construction sites within the jurisdiction, find out the construction progress, summarize the situation of construction sites under construction, establish “one construction site, one account”, and organize personnel to conduct regular inspections and irregular spot checks, and implement the dynamic process of the whole process Supervision “through-train”. At the same time, with the “Jiaxing City Construction Waste Management Regulations” as the starting point, focus on interviewing the construction site and the person in charge of the transportation company, strengthen the sense of responsibility and self-discipline of each unit, strengthen the management of the source and the disposal area, and strictly prevent half-way dumping , Severely crack down on illegal activities in the field of various types of construction waste. Up to now, a total of 4 construction sites have been visited, and 4 real-time ledgers have been established.

2. Set posts and locations, and play a “game of chess” for global management and control. Continue to increase the supervision of daily engineering muck trucks, and send special personnel to implement 24-hour “stalking” supervision in areas where foreign muck trucks are likely to appear along the Kezhou Highway and the intersection of Dama Road, and strictly guard the “Southwest Gateway” of our city. At the same time, establish an “online + offline” management model. Relying on electronic monitoring equipment, the key areas such as Kezhou Highway are monitored and covered. Patrol personnel follow up and inspect foreign muck vehicles in a timely manner according to the feedback information from the monitoring room. Violations such as expiration dates and lax vehicle seals will be resolutely investigated and dealt with. Since May, more than 60 transport vehicles have been inspected.

3. Joint logistics linkage, tightening and going all out to “one effort”. Taking the “urban police linkage” cooperation mechanism as an opportunity, we will cooperate with the traffic police and other relevant departments to carry out joint special rectification actions, and increase the control of key road sections, key time periods, and key areas through continuous inspections, source monitoring, and point inspections. Intensive efforts have been made to set up fixed checkpoints at Dama Road intersections, Renmin Bridge, etc., and strictly investigate and deal with violations such as unclean, unsealed body wheels, spilled drips, random dumping of construction waste, and no valid permit for the transportation of muck. At the same time, high-intensity law enforcement inspections are carried out on open spaces and muck transportation routes that are prone to random dumping of construction waste, so that they can be found and investigated together. In this operation, a total of 3 fixed checkpoints were set up, more than 60 personnel were dispatched, and 12 inspections of muck transport vehicles were carried out.
