The Hennion team returned from the world championships which take place on May 6 and 7 in Arnsberg, Germany, with three gold medals in gym-kick light WTKA for Erwan Rago, 17, Lisa Mathis, 25, and Yanis Chouali , 14 years old.
Lisa also obtained a silver medal in Thai boxing and in K1 Rules. “It’s a great performance for our club. I am proud of the quality of my fighters” explains Gabriel Hennion. “The next step for these three medalists will be the next few weeks. Yanis will be in the ring on June 3 in Tomblaine for a national belt in K1 Rules ASFO and Erwan Rago, the 1is July in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges. As for Lisa, she will make her first semi-pro fight in Switzerland in October. »
