A homeless woman had a narrow escape, early Monday, when the flames ravaged her tent installed behind the Guy-Favreau complex, near the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
According to the Montreal Police Service, the woman has a problem of compulsive hoarding.
She is also followed by police officers from the socio-community division of the SPVM.
His personal effects caught fire and the cause could be accidental.
The woman was not injured or burned.
During the day, after the fire, she was disorganized and she had to be admitted to a hospital in the metropolis.
